All sales are final, no exchanges or returns accepted. Exceptions will only be considered if the product has been proven to be faulty or defective. Subject to review by LJE management, defective product claims will only be reviewed if immediately reported within 24 hours after receiving the package. For claims to receive due consideration pictures and/or videos will be required to substantiate the claim.

Any problems reported by the customer after the 24 hours have passed upon receipt of your order will not be valid for our return policy. All our products are tested for quality control rigorously before shipment as we take customer satisfaction very seriously.

It is highly recommended to check all your products from your order within 24 hours upon receipt to insure they meet your satisfaction. After that time has passed our return policy will expire. After expiration, cases will be judged on certain exceptions only, and we reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
